Demolitions Happening Right Now in Cato Crest

 

 

 

Aftermath of another illegal armed attack on the Marikana Land Occupation, Cato Crest, Durban – 14 September 2013

The Municipality has returned to Cato Crest and, once again, are demolishing people's homes in brazen violation of the Constitution, the law and all the court orders that we have recently secured against them.

When they arrived in Cato Crest to demolish they were shown the court orders. They replied that 'such papers do not work on us'.
