Abahlali baseMjondolo would like to invite you to attend it’s mass rally which will take place at VE informal settlement, The aim of the rally is to discuss the call by the movement to all informal settlement through out the country to initiate ‘a week of informal settlement strike’

We believe that all the ward councillors have failed us in our communities in many ways, and most of us continue to live under appalling conditions while our ward councillors continue to live in comfort.

As Abahlali baseMjondolo of the Western Cape we have lost confidence to all ward councillors as their role in our communities is not visible.

The movement has decided to invite you to our mass rally to:

1) Clarify your role in our communities

2) To tell us if what have you done to our communities during your term/(s)

3) and what is your future plan about our communities in terms of service delivery.

We are looking forward to your warm response and availability to participate in our mass rally.
