Willie Rooi (right) lives in a toilet structure which belongs to these two ladies who live in this mud house. Rooi sleeps atop a board which ones sits upon when using the bucket-system ablutions. Most often, these buckets are left full, with the municipality failing to adhere to their duties of cleaning and emptying out these buckets.
